Access to and use of phyaya is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 21 years. This is a non-negotiable legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. phyaya employs KYC verification procedures to enforce this requirement and will immediately and permanently suspend any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use phyaya, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

4.2 Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on phyaya. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. 4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account.
4.4 You agree to notify phyaya immediately via official live support channels if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. phyaya will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.5 phyaya reserves the right to implement additional authentication requirements, including but not limited to mandatory OTP verification on new device logins, biometric authentication prompts, and periodic password change requirements, without prior notice, as part of ongoing security measures.
4.6 Account names must accurately reflect the legal identity of the registered player. Accounts registered under false names, aliases, or identities belonging to other persons are void from inception. Accounts must correspond to the payment methods used — deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to accounts held in the registered player's own name.
5.1 phyaya accepts deposits exclusively via payment methods listed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. Currently supported methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Cebuana Lhuillier, subject to availability and change without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits must originate from payment instruments held in the legal name of the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits — where the remitting account is held in a name different from the phyaya Account — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed to the originating source, less any applicable transaction fees levied by the payment provider.
5.3 Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. phyaya reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
5.4 phyaya processes deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion, if applicable, is performed at the rate provided by the relevant payment processor. phyaya is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.
5.5 Deposits made to phyaya are irrevocable once processed. phyaya does not accept chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the player through their payment provider. Any such chargeback attempts will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
GCash and Maya are the most widely used deposit methods among phyaya's Filipino player base and typically credit your Account balance within 30 seconds of confirmation. These methods are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ensure your GCash or Maya account is registered under the same name as your phyaya Account to avoid processing delays or refund procedures.
6.1 Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are available to players who have completed KYC verification. phyaya will not process withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts. Players are encouraged to submit KYC documentation promptly after registration to avoid delays.
6.2 Withdrawal requests must be submitted to a payment instrument held in the same name as the registered phyaya Account. phyaya will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.3 Withdrawal processing times are as follows, measured from the time phyaya approves the withdrawal request:
6.4 phyaya reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Such reviews may extend the processing time. phyaya will communicate the reason for any delay to the requesting player.
6.5 Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the Withdrawal page. phyaya may apply a processing fee for withdrawals below specified thresholds or for certain payment methods, as disclosed at the time of the transaction.
6.6 Only the Real Money Balance — not the Bonus Balance — is eligible for withdrawal. Winnings generated from Bonus Balance become eligible for withdrawal only upon satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement in full.
7.1 phyaya offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer.
7.2 Bonus offers are available exclusively to eligible, verified players aged 21 and above. phyaya reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion without obligation to state a reason, particularly where suspicious betting patterns or abuse is suspected.
7.3 Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Balance become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated:

8.1 All games available on phyaya are subject to specific individual game rules as provided by the respective game studios and accessible within each game's help or information section. By participating in any game on phyaya, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.
8.2 phyaya operates games from independently licensed and audited game studios. All RNG-based games are certified for fairness by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games operate using physical certified equipment filmed in professional studios.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, software glitches, or display errors — phyaya reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the corresponding stake to the player's balance. phyaya's decision in such matters is final.
8.4 Bets placed and accepted by phyaya's gaming system are final and binding, subject only to the malfunction provisions in clause 8.3. phyaya is not responsible for errors in player judgment, misreading of odds or game states, or losses arising from voluntary betting decisions.
8.5 In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded in phyaya's server logs, the server record shall be treated as authoritative.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phyaya and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any phyaya content without prior written authorization from phyaya. 10.3 Game content available on phyaya is provided under license from third-party game studios and remains the intellectual property of those studios. phyaya makes no representation that use of game content outside the phyaya platform is permitted.
11.1 phyaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. By using phyaya, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. phyaya does not guarantee that any individual player will achieve financial gain from gambling activity on the platform.
11.2 phyaya provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time without requiring contact with support:

12.2 phyaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated gaming winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
12.3 phyaya shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, Philippine network outages, acts of God, government action, natural disasters, or third-party payment provider delays.
12.4 phyaya makes no warranty that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific game content.
13.1 phyaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where phyaya reasonably believes that:
13.2 Upon permanent Account closure for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance will be immediately forfeited. Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and will be returned where phyaya's investigation confirms no breach occurred, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
13.3 You may voluntarily close your phyaya Account at any time by contacting phyaya support. Upon voluntary closure, your Real Money Balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe after completing any pending transactions.
14.1 phyaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in phyaya's Privacy Policy.
14.2 phyaya processes player data for the following primary purposes: Account management and authentication, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and improving platform services.

15.2 Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable regulatory guidance — may take effect immediately upon publication on phyaya.net without prior notice.
15.3 The version and effective date of the currently applicable Terms are displayed at the top of this document. Players are responsible for reviewing published Terms periodically. Continued use of phyaya following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.4 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phyaya and request Account closure. Your Real Money Balance will be returned in accordance with clause 13.3.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phyaya, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation and phyaya's internal complaints procedure.
16.3 phyaya's internal complaints procedure is initiated by submitting a written complaint via phyaya's official live support channel or registered contact email. phyaya will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.
16.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phyaya's internal complaints procedure within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
16.5 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phyaya with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
